Quality assurance approach
Our quality procedures control how materials are approved, how each stage of work is checked and how records are kept. They apply on every project, whatever its size.
- Material approval against the specification, with batch details recorded.
- Incoming material inspection, including shelf life and storage conditions.
- Substrate inspection before any system is applied: soundness, moisture, cleanliness and falls.
- Application-stage inspections at defined hold points.
- Thickness and coverage checks where applicable.
- Inspection of laps, joints, terminations and penetrations.
- Flood, ponding or other tests as specified, with dated records.
- Non-conformance reporting and corrective action.
- Handover documentation for the completed work.
What you receive
For each project: the approved method statement, stage inspection records or work inspection requests, test records where specified, a measurement record for the treated areas, and a handover file listing the systems used and their locations.
Certifications
Mabani Infra holds ISO certification. To request a copy of any certificate, or the technical data sheets for a system we propose, email operations@mabani.in.
