Mabani Infra Pvt Ltd is a waterproofing company and civil contractor based in Andheri West, Mumbai. We carry out waterproofing, structural repair, strengthening and protective coating work for developers, main contractors, consultants, housing societies, institutions and industrial clients.
Mabani is a young company led by promoters with more than 20 years of experience in waterproofing and civil construction. We are an authorised applicator of Pidilite (Dr. Fixit), Sika, Sunanda and Fosroc systems.
How we work
Our approach is the same on every site: assess the structure first, select a system that suits the conditions, document the method, and inspect each stage of the work. Product systems follow the approved specification and the manufacturer's current technical data.
Assess
Site inspection, review of drawings and specification, and identification of the substrate, exposure and water conditions. For existing buildings, we trace leaks to their source before recommending anything.
Document
A method statement and technical submission for the selected system, prepared for client and consultant approval. See our method statements.
Execute and inspect
Application by trained crews, with stage-wise inspection records, work inspection requests and testing where specified. Read more about our quality assurance.
Scope of work
- Waterproofing: podiums, terraces, basements and substructures, underground and overhead tanks, STP tanks, lift pits, expansion joints, bathrooms and balconies, for new construction and existing buildings.
- Leak sealing: PU injection grouting of active leaks through cracks and joints.
- Structural repair and strengthening: structure repair and rehabilitation (concrete repair, RCC column and beam rehabilitation, crack injection, corrosion treatment) and carbon fibre (CFRP) strengthening to the structural engineer's design.
- Flooring and coatings: epoxy flooring and protective coatings.
- Documentation: method statements, inspection records, measurement sheets and handover files.
