How do you choose the right waterproofing system?
By looking at the structure first: the substrate, the water pressure, the exposure, how the surface will be used and what the project specification requires. Membranes, injection grouting, coatings and joint systems each suit different conditions.
Can an existing building be waterproofed without major demolition?
Often, yes. Leaks through cracks and joints can usually be sealed from the accessible face by PU injection grouting, and many coating systems are applied over prepared existing surfaces. Where a failed layer sits under tiles or screed, those finishes have to be opened. We confirm the approach at the site inspection.
Do you provide method statements and inspection records?
Yes. Each system has a method statement before work starts, and each stage is inspected and recorded. Records are handed over with the completed work.
