Mabani Infra is a new construction waterproofing contractor in Mumbai for residential towers, commercial buildings, institutions and infrastructure projects. We waterproof each element at the stage of construction where it can be done properly, from the raft to the terrace.
On a new building, most waterproofing is buried, tiled over or built against soon after it is installed. If it is missed, rushed or damaged by the next trade, the repair later costs far more than doing it right the first time. That is why we plan the waterproofing against the construction sequence, agree the method statements before work starts, and inspect each stage before it is covered.

When should a waterproofing contractor be appointed on a new project?
Ideally before the raft is cast. Basement membranes, joint details and tank waterproofing all have to be installed at a particular construction stage, and many of them cannot be reached afterwards.
Do you work for developers or for main contractors?
Both. We work directly for developers and owners, and as a specialist waterproofing contractor to main civil contractors, following the approved specification and the project programme.
What documents do you provide?
A method statement and technical submission for each system before work starts, stage-by-stage inspection records during the work, test records where specified, and handover documentation at completion.
Which brands do you use?
We are an authorised applicator of Pidilite (Dr. Fixit), Sika, Sunanda and Fosroc systems. Each element uses the system named in the approved specification.
