Structural Repair Contractor in Mumbai
RCC structural repair and concrete repair: spalling, corroded reinforcement, cracks and protective coatings.
RCC structural repair and rehabilitation
Mabani Infra is a structural repair contractor in Mumbai, carrying out RCC structural repair and concrete repair for residential societies, commercial buildings, institutions and industrial structures.
Concrete deteriorates when reinforcement corrodes, cover is lost or cracks admit water. Repair removes the damage, treats its cause and restores a protected surface.
Concrete repair scope
- Concrete spalling and delamination repair.
- Reinforcement exposure and corrosion-related damage.
- Removal of unsound concrete.
- Reinforcement cleaning and treatment where specified.
- Repair mortar application.
- Crack repair and injection where appropriate.
- Protective coatings.
- Inspection and quality documentation.
Where structural capacity is in question, the repair and any strengthening follow the instructions of the structural engineer.
Structural strengthening
Where a column, beam or slab needs more capacity, we carry out structural strengthening by carbon fibre (CFRP) wrapping to the structural engineer's design.

Structural repair: frequently asked questions
What are the signs that a building needs structural repair?
Spalling or falling concrete, exposed or rusting reinforcement, rust stains, wide or growing cracks, and persistent leakage through slabs and beams. These are signs to have the structure inspected.
Is a structural audit needed before repair?
For significant damage, yes. A structural engineer assesses the building and specifies the repair. We carry out RCC structural repair to the engineer's specification and the approved method statement.
What is the difference between concrete repair and structural strengthening?
Concrete repair restores damaged concrete and protects the reinforcement. Structural strengthening adds capacity to a member, for example by carbon fibre wrapping, and needs an engineer's design.
Should leaks be fixed before or after concrete repair?
Both together. Water causes most reinforcement corrosion, so repair without waterproofing tends to fail again. We plan the repair and the waterproofing as one scope.
