A specialist contractor for water, structure and surface protection
Mabani Infra Pvt Ltd is a waterproofing company and civil contractor based in Mumbai, and an authorised applicator of Pidilite (Dr. Fixit), Sika, Sunanda and Fosroc systems. We carry out waterproofing, structural repair, strengthening and protective coating work for builders, developers, consultants, institutions and industrial clients.
Our approach is to assess the structure first, select a system that suits the conditions, document the method, and inspect each stage of the work. Product systems follow the approved specification and the manufacturer's current technical data.
Scope of work
- Waterproofing: basements, underground tanks and lift pits, PU injection grouting, expansion joints, bathrooms and wet areas, swimming pools, podiums and terraces and STP tanks, for new construction and as complete building waterproofing.
- Structural repair and rehabilitation of concrete, and carbon fibre strengthening applied to an engineer's design.
- Epoxy flooring and protective coatings.
- Method statements, inspection records and handover documentation.

How we work
Assess
Site inspection, review of drawings and specification, and identification of substrate, exposure and water conditions.
Document
Method statement and technical submission for the selected system, prepared for client and consultant approval.
Execute and inspect
Application by trained crews, with stage-wise inspection records and testing where specified.
